Your Pay Today with Payactiv allows you to use a free Payactiv app to access a percentage of the money Darden’s non-tipped team members worked for but haven’t been paid yet***. The money that you access is then deducted from your next paycheck, giving you the flexibility to pay for things on your own schedule.

*** Earned Wage Access requires employer participation. Employees can only access a portion of the wages they have earned to date.

Earned wages transfer in real-time to the card, so you can take it on the go and use it everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. There are no fees for real-time transfers of earned wages to the PaychekPLUS! Card. Every pay period, you can access up to 45% of what you’ve already earned, to a max access limit of $500.

It’s possible that we haven’t received your hours from your employer yet. We usually receive that info at the end of each day, but if you continue to see an incorrect accessible amount, please contact us through one of the help resources below.

Generally, the money you earn becomes available for access the day after you have worked, except for hours worked on Sunday since it marks the end of a pay period. Also, if you have already reached the $500 limit in the previous week(s) and the deduction has not been processed by Payroll, you won’t be able to access new funds.
