2 You must activate your Payactiv Visa Card to be eligible for a reward. The offer is only valid if you apply for the Payactiv Visa Card between 2/7/2022 to 5/31/2022 at 11:59 PM PDT. Reward is generally deposited to Payactiv Card within 30 days of final qualifying card activation. Limit of one reward per customer.
3 You must activate your Payactiv Visa Card to be eligible for a referral reward. The offer is only valid for referrals made using your unique link in the Payactiv app between 2/7/2022 to 5/31/2022 at 11:59 PM PDT, and your referred co-worker must activate their Payactiv Visa Card by 6/30/2022 at 11:59 PM PDT to qualify. Rewards are generally issued to Payactiv Visa Cards within 30 days of qualifying activations. The value of this offer or program may result in miscellaneous income, and we may be required to send you and file with the IRS a Form 1099-MISC. 4 Many (but not all) employers, government benefits providers, and other originators send direct deposits early with an effective date of 1-2 days later. Beginning with your second direct deposit of at least $5 from the same source, Central Bank of Kansas City (CBKC) will post the funds to your Payactiv Visa Card when we receive it, rather than on the effective date. This may result in your having access to the funds sooner. The date CBKC receives your direct deposit and the effective date are controlled by the originator.
