3 In order for you to be paid early, your payroll or benefits payment provider must submit the deposit early. Your payment provider may not submit the deposit early each payment period. Be sure to ask when they submit your deposit information to the bank for processing. Early deposit of funds begins upon the 2nd qualifying deposit. A qualifying deposit is defined as a direct deposit greater than $5.00 received from the same payer.

What is Payactiv?
Payactiv is the inventor of Earned Wage Access and the creator of the Payactiv app, an all-in-one digital wallet that gives people more control with how they earn, spend, and save their money.
Does Payactiv charge any fees?
Creating a Payactiv account is free for all users and contains many free features including bill pay, discounts, financial counseling, and budgeting and saving tools. If your employer offers EWA1, you can view disbursement options and fees at payactiv.com/program-pricing. Payactiv Visa Card users with direct deposit of at least $200 per pay period enjoy free real-time EWA transfers and additional exclusive discounts.

Do I have to link my bank account?
We recommend linking your primary bank account in the Payactiv app to ensure the best possible experience. It gives us the ability to give you better guidance with what is safe to spend and what is safe to save when we have this information. It also allows you to easily transfer money from your existing debit card to the Payactiv Visa Card.
What is the Payactiv Visa Card?
The Payactiv Visa Card is a reloadable prepaid card that can be used for purchases everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. You can only spend the money that you load on the card. It is not a credit card and applying for it and using it does not affect your credit score.
Is Payactiv a bank?
Payactiv is not a bank, we are a financial technology company that offers banking services provided by the Central Bank of Kansas City, Member FDIC.
