With Payactiv, we make setting up direct deposit simple. The first step is to get contact info for your employer’s payroll department. This could be an email or phone number for someone who works in HR at your company, or your direct supervisor. Without this information, you won’t be able to update your payroll preferences and set up Direct Deposit to your Payactiv Card.
After you get contact info for your company’s payroll department, fill out the Direct Deposit form that comes with your Payactiv Card. Your Payactiv Card will have come with a slip containing your account and routing numbers. Fill out the rest of the form, sign, and add the date. Detach the form and give it to your payroll contact, so they can update your new payroll preferences.
Don’t have the direct deposit form? No worries! You can find your account and routing number in the free Payactiv app^. Log into your account, and tap the card icon in the bottom menu. On the Card page, tap on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen. There you’ll find your account and routing numbers. Email yourself the Direct Deposit form, or copy the account and routing numbers to take to your employer’s payroll department.
