How to Find a Job that Offers Earned Wage Access

In the market for a job that offers more? Jobseekers on the hunt can find all kinds of fun, employer-offered perks out there. While dog-friendly workspaces and free snack bars are great, why not look for a job that offers access to your earned wages before payday? 

We built the Payactiv Jobs Boards portal to help you do just that. But first, what is earned wage access (EWA)? Payactiv invented EWA in 2012 with the goal of relieving some of the stress employees experience between paydays. It’s not a loan, it’s the wages you already earned accessible on-demand. 

Right now, EWA is only available through employers who partner with Payactiv. The Payactiv Job Boards feature thousands of jobs from these employers. From retail and hospitality to healthcare and call centers, there are thousands of job openings to choose from.

How to use the job boards: 

1. Download the free Payactiv app
2. Set up an account (we don’t need any bank information)
3. Once logged in, tap the “Connect” icon on the bottom menu. 
4. Next, tap the “Jobs” icon 
5. Search for jobs using keywords related to the job you want like “warehouse worker”, “food service”, “call center”, etc. 
6. Save jobs that look interesting so you can apply for them later.
